- reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law allows this;
- access it with bots, scrapers or other automated means, or overload it.
We may refuse to process a request, remove content, block access and report illegal content to the authorities when we believe these rules have been broken.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content made or shared with Pixuvia infringes your copyright, email[email protected] with: the work you own, where the infringing content is, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner. If your content was removed after a complaint and you believe that was a mistake, email us with the same details and your explanation.
The service
Pixuvia is provided as it is, without warranties. We work to keep it reliable, but features can change and things can go wrong, so keep your own copies of important work. Work saved in your browser can be lost if the browser's data is cleared.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost profits or indirect damages that come from using Pixuvia.
Your responsibility
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you created or shared, or because you broke these terms, you are responsible for it and agree to cover the costs it causes us, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using Pixuvia after a change means you accept it.
